Thank you for choosing Stonewall Title & Escrow’s GFE calculators page.

Stonewall Title is providing these calculators to assist Lenders in preparing Good Faith Estimates.  Our goal is to make this resource portable, handy, and easy to use.   This tool will calculate the Title Insurance Premium (based on a compilation of our Title Insurance Underwriter’s published rates), Recording Charges, and Stonewall Title’s Title Service’s Fee.  Please note that for Sales transactions, it is important that you fill in the amount of the Assessed Value or the recording taxes will be calculated based on the Sales Price which could cause an inaccurate estimate.  One last note is that for these calculators are accurate for Virginia transactions with a sales price up to $1,000,000.  If the sales price is higher than $1,000,000 or the property is located in Maryland or DC, please call our office for a quote.

Stonewall Title’s base Title Services charges, as shown on these calculators, are not for use for any Builder Out-Sale transactions and do not reflect any special promotions or discounts.  Please contact our office to receive transactional specific quotes, including reissue credits for your borrowers.
