Mina Croson has over 25 years experience in the title insurance industry.  She is a Past President of the Virginia Land Title Association.  Mina currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Manassas Housing Trust Fund, a non-profit organization which promotes home ownership in the City of Manassas, and as a member of the Political and Governmental Affairs Committee of the Prince William Association of Realtors.  Additionally, Mina is an approved instructor for the Virginia Real Estate Board Continuing Education and the Virginia Insurance Continuing Education Program.

David Croson has worked in both the title and real estate industries since 1992.  He currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Land Title Association, and is the Board’s liaison to the Technology Committee.  He is a past Director of the Prince William Association of Realtors and a past Chairman of the Affiliates Committee for that association.  Dave is a member of the American Land Title Association and the Large Agents Section of that association, and is a member of RESPRO (Real Estate Services Providers Council). 

Karen Stramer, Vice President, and Manager of our very successful Commercial and Builder Services Department has worked in the title industry for sixteen years.  Karen came to Stonewall Title in 2000 as Manager of the Title Department, having grown it to a high level of productivity before moving to her current position in 2003.  Karen is a member of the Commercial Industrial Land Exchange.

Jim Croson is a Vice President, and oversees all of Stonewall Title’s Residential Settlement Operations.  Jim serves on the Affiliates Committee of the Prince William Association of Realtors, is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, and a member of the Bull Run Rotary Club.

Mary Henry, Vice President, is the Manager of Stonewall Title’s Administrative Department.  She came on board with Stonewall Title in 2003 with a bookkeeping and accounting background.  Mary is one of Stonewall Title’s liaisons to the Prince William Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce. 

Racheal Watson, Manager of our Title Underwriting Department started her career in the title insurance industry with Stonewall Title.  She has worked in the underwriting department since its inception, and rose to the position of Manager in 2003.  Racheal was instrumental in the development and implementation of our First Brigade program, and serves as one of our liaisons to the Prince William County Regional Chamber of Commerce.  

Maryrose Hunt oversees production of our Title Abstracting Department.  She began working in the title industry in high school, and has been with Stonewall Title since 2001.   Maryrose has relocated to Hawaii, but continues in her capacity via the wonderful world of technology. 

Cindy Hall, has worked in the title insurance industry since 1970 and has been a licensed title insurance agent for more than twenty-five years.  She came to Stonewall Title after having owned and operated several title agencies in Virginia and South Carolina.  Cindy was instrumental in the development of Stonewall Title’s AREST Program, and currently oversees the operations of our Affiliated Business Arrangements.
