Mina Croson has over 30 years experience in the title insurance industry.  She is a Past President of the Virginia Land Title Association.  Mina currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Manassas Housing Trust Fund, a non-profit organization which promotes Home Ownership in the City of Manassas. She served on the Virginia General Assembly’s Joint Subcommittee for the Report on the Incorporation of Churches in Virginia in 2004, and in 2008, she participated with the Virginia Bureau of Insurance on the Examination Review Workshop to create test questions for title insurance licensing. Additionally, Mina is an approved Continuing Education Instructor with the Virginia Real Estate Board and the Virginia Insurance Continuing Education Program. Mina is an active member of the American Land Title Association.

David Croson has worked in both the title and real estate industries since 1992.  He currently serves as First Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Land Title Association, and is very active in legislative matters relating to title insurance, real estate settlements, and the real estate industry. Dave, through the Virginia Information Technologies Agency Workgroup, has participated on Virginia General Assembly study groups relating to Electronic Notaries, E-Recording of Documents, Redaction of Nonpublic Personal Information from the Recorded Documents, and Secure Remote Access to Courthouse Records. He is a past Director of the Prince William Association of Realtors and a past Chairman of the Affiliates Committee for that association.  Dave is an active member of the American Land Title Association.

Jim Croson is our Vice President and Manager of all of Stonewall Title’s Residential Settlement Operations.  He is a licensed Title insurance Agent and a licensed Realtor. Understanding the process from beginning to end, Jim orchestrates each settlement with precision in combination with our experienced, trained, and highly dedicated staff of professionals. Jim is an approved Continuing Education Instructor for the Virginia Real Estate Board, and provides training and continuing education for the Real Estate community. He is an active member of the Bull Run Rotary Club.

Mary Simpson, serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Stonewall Title, overseeing the company’s trust accounting and fiscal management. Mary acknowledges the absolute duty to protect and uphold the accurate accounting of funds entrusted to us by others. Stonewall Title’s annual agency audits, its Consumer Real Estate Settlement Protection Act annual review, along with our trust accounting systems and procedures are the envy of the industry.
